What do you think about mac pro longwear foundation?
So far, I kinda of like it. It’s less oily than the Studio Fix Fluid, but doesn’t cover as well. It covers better than Revlon Colorstay, but it doesn’t control oil as well. It’s kind of a mix of the two. I could use a little more coverage and a little more oil-control, but overall, I really like it!
Please can you do a tutorial on contour, highlighten and blush. I have watched your tutorials and you never mention it in any of your tutorial.By the way, you are so creative with your eyeshadow. I just received my coastal scents Contour & Blush Palette and i want to know how to properly apply it. My skin tone is like yours practically. Thank you.
contouring and applying blush in every video takes up too much time in my opinion, so I do it before I film. I do, however, demonstrate how I do it in this video: eyexluvxmakeup
I've just bought some eyeshadow palettes but my brushes aren't very good.
Which are the must have eye brushes everyone should have ?
everyone’s “must-have” brushes are different but some of my favorite brands include: MAC, Sigma, Crowne, Studio Gear, Stila, Smashbox, and Japonesque. Everyone needs a flat eyeshadow brush, a crease/blender eyeshadow brush, and a blush/powder brush. You can pretty much do anything with those 3 brushes. Hope that helps!
I've never used eyeliner (pencil or liquid) simply becuase I'll find myself rubbing my eyes a lot through out the day. Does liquid eyeliner smear? I want to start wearing it and get out of the habit of rubbing my eyes so yeah... Before I buy I just need to know if it smears, or a really good brand to buy where it virtually lasts all day.
if it says its waterproof, then it should last all day, but it you rub your eyes A LOT, anything will rub off even if it is waterproof. Lorac, Stila, and Smashbox all have really good liquid waterproof liners. Benefit, Urban Decay and Prestige all have good waterproof pencil liners.
LOVE YOUR MAKEUP TUTORIALS...YOU ARE REALLY GOOD WITH MIXING COLORS.
Red & Green are my favorite colors. Can you please do a tutorial using Red and Green Eyeshadow? Please
I was thinking that Red eyeshadow will mix so well with silver eyeshadow and the green eyeshadow will mix so well with white.
What do you think? Please can you help me?
Hey there Anon,
I will put red and green on my request list. Thanks!
I just had to unfollow all of my favorite Twilight/Rob/Kristen blogs because all they are doing now is showing pictures from Breaking Dawn. As much as I love seeing pictures of Rob and Kristen, these blogs are ruining the movie for me! I have read the books so I know what happens, but still. I just want to be somewhat surprised in June and there is no way that is going to happen if these blogs are documenting every second of filming. So sad.
So I was wondering if you could make a short list of like 'need-to-knows' that every girl should know about makeup. Like the basics. I'm not really a girly-girl and recently kind of discovered that I like make-up, but I don't know what I'm doing at all lol. Thanks (:
I get this question a lot and it is soooooo hard to answer because I think that the “basics” are different for everyone. People have different preferences and skin types and finances and it just makes it really difficult to put a list of basics out that works for everyone. But is definitely something that I will try to work on. If you have specific questions, it would be a lot easier for me to answer.
oh yeah btw, monistat chafing relief powder gel is working AMAZING as a primer, it doesnt clog my pores at all and it keeps my face smooth, shine free and even all day. and since it has the same ingredients as anti frizz serum for your hair i use it as that too. its the perfect product
I have heard this before. If you are a fan of silicon primers, then it sounds like a great cheaper alternative. I have to use non-silicon primers because my skin is oily and silicon based primers create too much of a slip. Foundation doesn’t stay on my face with those.
is there a difference between eye-shadow primer and regular primer?
Regular primer as in face primer? Yes, there is. Eyeshadow primer is usually somewhat sticky and helps to bind the shadow to your skin. Most face primers are designed to help fill in fine lines and make your foundation go on smoother and last longer.
I know that most of you know this already, but I just felt like making a little introduction, just in case some of you aren’t familiar with my blog.
My name is Krishna and I mostly post/reblog pictures of great makeup, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Kim Kardashian. Maybe the occasional cute kid or animal, but that’s about it. So, if you can handle that, then welcome!
